Stand Prices and Sponsorship

Interactive Stand Discount

Organisations offering a hands-on, interactive experience on their stand can benefit from a subsidised rate of only £75 per square metre.  The minimum stand requirement is 5m x 4m and activities must provide visitors with an opportunity to participate.

Stand Prices

Stands are available as shell scheme and space only. Stand prices are £225 + VAT per m2 and include:

  • Shell scheme stand*
  • Nameboard on each open side of the stand*
  • Stand lighting – two spotlights*
  • Stand carpet
  • 30 word profile on the website and an entry in the event guide (given free to each of the 20,000 visitors)
  • Attendance for two people at our 'Exhibiting Success' training day
